3. France is the big loser since Australia canceled huge project with France to supply 12 French submarines worth 34.6 billion euros on the grounds that they have decided to acquire a nuclear-powered submarines. 4. Favored are United States and the United Kingdom Defence and Shipbuilding industries to take the 12 Australian nuclear submarine contracts. In the first phase, the United States insisted on the exclusion of NATO Allied countries and member-countries of EU not to supply 5G technology systems from China. In the second phase, the United States created the deepening of its alliance with the United Kingdom and Australia. The third phase may include China’s ban on selling/exporting its products and services to Western campus.
5. The European Union is trying to balance between United States (West) and Eurasia (China, Russia, Turkey, Iran). The European Union is unlikely to take an active part because of France in the Pacific-Indian region.
