In the midst of today’s developments, certain events of recent history must be analyzed from a different perspective to predict the real picture of geopolitical developments.
Before his fall, Muammar Gaddafi had just been elected head of the African Union by African world leaders. With the confidence of Africa and as the head of the country with the largest oil reserves in Africa, Gaddafi set out to create a new pan-African and pan-Arab currency: the famous gold dinar design.
This currency was to become the main means of payment for Africa’s natural resource exports and free Africa from the CFA franc (French Colonial Franc in Africa). 700 billion dollars would have disappeared forever then from the western monetary system. It always depends on the currency of the accounts in which the raw materials are sold (this is why Putin now demands that gas be paid in rubles).
This was deemed unacceptable by the US, which then with the help of France and the UK overthrew and killed Gaddafi. All US wars are therefore aimed at protecting the petrodollar and its global hegemony.
If you look closely, all the wars the US is waging are aimed at protecting its dominance in the world at all costs. In Gaddafi’s case, France and the UK also had huge financial interests.
Putin was deeply affected by seeing how harsh the West could be with its former allies. For him, it was his worst nightmare, and his greatest fear, to be overthrown by America’s methods and to end up like Gaddafi who was humiliated in the streets by the same population that had previously deified him.
Putin knew how many leaders were humiliated, tortured and murdered with America’s help. He knew that Hillary was watching Gaddafi’s assassination online and laughing.
This is why B. Putin supported Bashar Al-Assad in Syria at all costs later. There were also Russia’s strategic interests in Syria, but also his decision to show that Russia never abandons its allies. And this, in contrast to the West, when they are no longer needed, they throw them away like the hair from the dough.
What happened to Gaddafi convinced Putin that it was impossible to trust the West anymore and especially NATO and the Americans.
