The Poisson Garden (The Alnwick Garden)

There is a garden in the world that consists only of poisonous plants. There are around one hundred (100) toxic, intoxicating, and narcotic plants. The boundaries of the Poisson Garden are kept behind black iron gates, only open on guided tours.

This Poisson Garden with these plants is a creation of Jane Percy, Duchess of Northumberland.

Alniwick Poison Gardens

The garden visitor can do whatever he wants on the fourteen (14) acres of the garden, but it is strictly prohibited from smelling, touching, or tasting any plants, although some people still occasionally faint from inhaling toxic fumes while walking in the garden.

This Poisson Garden (The Alnwick Garden) is in the North of England and attracts millions of tourists every year.

Alnwick Castle is the famous Hogwarts, where the first two Harry Potter films were shot. It has also been used for many other movies and TV series such as Downtown Abbey etc.
