Turkey is brutally and comprehensively preparing the second phase of the “free Syria” plan (maybe tonight according to sources) with an invasion of thousands of its soldiers who have moved to the border with Syria, and are ready to invade Kobani and other Kurdish areas, but also the Valley of the Christians, with the aim of bloodshed in the region during the Christmas holidays.
The ultimate goal is the extermination of those who resist and the expulsion of Kurdish and Greek Orthodox Christians.
Senior American officials stated that “Turkey and its Turkophile militia allies are deploying forces along the border with Syria, causing alarm that Ankara is preparing for a large-scale invasion of territories held by Syrian Kurds supported by the US”.
At the same time, Turkish expert Turan Oguz says: “Turkey can turn these heinous attacks by Israel into an opportunity, and use them against Israel.
Today, compared to yesterday, the Syrian Transitional Government (SGH) is more dependent on Turkey for the reconstruction of all military and security institutions, their training, weapons and ammunition, and their protection.”
Already, the commander of the Sultan Murat Division of the Syrian National Army, Fethiye Isa, bows to Sultan Erdogan: “Everyone in the Middle East should stand with respect towards Turkey. If it were not for the Turkish Armed Forces, there would be no revolution in Syria. Turkey has a huge share in this victory.”
Possible distribution of territories according to spheres of influence and interests of the main players in the region if Syria loses its statehood.
- Alawite state in Tartus and Latakia (under the protection of Russia).
- Druze state in the south (under the protection of Israel).
- A Kurdish state (in Raqqa, Manbij and the Euphrates region) under the protection of the United States.
- The state of Turks and Sunni Arabs of Aleppo under the protection of Turkey.
- A Sunni Arab state in Damascus under the protection of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry announced that “this step by Israel is extremely worrying when assessed together with its entry into the separation zone between Israel and Syria in violation of the 1974 Separation of Forces Agreement, its advance into neighboring areas and its air strikes against Syria.”
The same statement stated that Israel’s ongoing actions have seriously harmed efforts to establish peace and stability in Syria and further increased tension in the region, adding that “Israel is expanding illegal settlements in the Golan Heights, which it has occupied since 1967. We strongly condemn its decision.”
The Turkish statement demands that “the illegal activities of the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu be stopped. “(Israel’s decision to expand illegal settlements in the Golan Heights) is a new phase in Israel’s goal to expand its borders through occupation,” the statement said.
The possibility of military engagement between Turkish soldiers and Israelis has increased sharply after the Turkish threats, which are real and will undoubtedly become more provocative in the coming period.
US aircraft fly over Kobani as US worries about Kurds and Christians
The United States is increasingly concerned that Turkey and its militia allies are preparing for a large-scale military invasion of Syrian territory controlled by US-backed Kurdish forces, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing US officials.
Officials reported a significant Turkish military buildup near Kobani, a Kurdish-majority town on the Syria-Turkey border, sparking fears of an imminent conflict.
According to U.S. officials cited in the report, the buildup resembled Turkish movements seen before the 2019 invasion of northeastern Syria.
The U.S. report detailed the deployment of Turkish commandos, artillery units and allied militias to strategic positions along the border.
Ilham Ahmed, a senior official in the Kurdish political administration in Syria, wrote a letter to President-elect Donald Trump, urging him to pressure Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to abandon the planned operation.
