The colossal US-NATO firepower in the Eastern Mediterranean scares Hezbollah-Iran.

The Hamas-Israeli war continues in the Gaza Strip with particular ferocity, while it seems that it will last. This, coupled with the fact that senior Hamas-Islamic Jihad-Hezbollah leaders recently met in Lebanon to coordinate their action against Israel, raises additional concerns about them expanding the war in the first place.

However, in addition to Hezbollah, which has considerable strength and an arsenal, what the US-Israel fear is any attempt to implement Iran’s threats by launching a direct war against Israel, so we will be talking about a major regional conflagration in the Middle East, with very important chances of other countries also participating in it, since Turkey, in which anti-Jewish and anti-American sentiment is rampant, is on guard.

This is certainly noticeable in the US-NATO, which hastened to literally flood the Mediterranean and Red seas with their warships, creating a truly colossal firepower.

Four Naval strike forces in the SE Mediterranean

We point out that three (3) US and NATO naval strike forces and one (1) within the framework of the UN for Lebanon are currently operating in the SE Mediterranean, which are:

  1. The UNIFIL MARITIME TASK FORCE, within the framework of the UN for Lebanon, with six (6) warships including a Greek frigate (F/C ADRIAS F-459) and a Turkish ADA class corvette, the (TCG Heybeliada).
  2. The Littoral Response Group South, with two (2) Vietnamese warships (1 coastal support ship capable of treating the wounded and 1 landing ship).
  3. FORD CARRIER STRIKE GROUP, of the USA, which includes the homonymous aircraft carrier along with four (4) Arleigh Burke class destroyers and one (1) Ticonderoga class guided cruise missile cruiser.
  4. Standing NATO Maritime Group 2, which includes eight (8) warships of NATO countries, including a Greek frigate (HS Psara F-454) and a Turkish frigate (TCG Yavuz F-240).

From the above we see that under US-NATO orders there are three (3) naval strike forces in the SE Mediterranean ready to intervene, which include a total of 1 aircraft carrier and 15 surface warships, possessing terrifying firepower.

US Naval Power in the Red Sea

This consists of three (3) US warships, the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD-5) carrying 1700 Marines, fighter jets and helicopters, and two other amphibious ships, the

  1. USS Mesa Verde LPD-19
  2. USS Carter Hall LSD-50

Second US Aircraft Carrier Strike Force Heads to SE Mediterranean

The Ike Carrier Strike Group, with the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN-69 and four (4) other US warships has passed Gibraltar and is heading to the SE Mediterranean

Finally, in addition to the above, there are U.S.-NATO Submarines and other support ships in the SE Mediterranean region.

The Mediterranean is a US-NATO lake

From the above it is clear that the Mediterranean has literally turned into an American-Nato lake, with the Russian and Chinese fleets having disappeared.

The deployment of so many US-NATO naval forces in the SE Mediterranean-Red Sea suggests that there are significant indications of an expansion of the Hamas-Israeli war with the participation of other powers-countries in it.
