- Breitling Navitimer
In 1952 Willy Breitling designed a wrist-worn instrument that allowed pilots to perform all the necessary flight calculations. Two years later, the Aircraft Owners And Pilots Association (AOPA) chose the design as its official watch. This watch became one of the most recognizable of all time – The Navitimer.

Since 1952, Breitling have supplied US Government and today most of the world’s major aircraft manufacturers and airlines use Breitling precision timing devices and instruments as standard equipment.
