The World Geopolitical Heritage that undertakes in 2022

The US absence from the scene of international developments has enabled other geopolitical players to occupy strategic positions on the world geopolitical chessboard. Above all, however, it has given opportunities to China, the second largest power in the world.

Turkey has sent mercenaries to Libya, regulating developments in recent years, occupying parts of northern Syria to control Kurdish activity, and striking Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan.

Iran has always had military influence in Syria and Lebanon, but also in the Shiite government of Iraq. Having played a key role in clearing Mosul of elements of the Sunni caliphate, Iran continues to influence the country’s political leadership.

Pakistan is suffering from Afghanistan under the Taliban, but it is also taking advantage of the control opportunities offered by its weak neighbor. In the future, the bond between the two states will develop into a relationship between a Diocese and a protectorate.

Iran-Saudi Arabia rivalry continues in Yemen, with no visible end. The price is paid by the civilians who are being bombed on both sides.

In Latin America, Cuba has always supported Maduro’s Venezuela and its utterly corrupt regime, in the face of Maduro’s glorious oil past, has shrunk by 75% in recent years.

Lukashenko’s Belarus welcomed Asian refugees from Turkey and forwarded them to the Polish border in order to instrumentalize migration flows to weaken Polish defense. Αt the Polish border with tools to melt Polish defense. At the moment the Polish defense is holding up well but Russia is cooking something to the detriment of Ukraine.

Chinese President Xi Jinping is preparing for a new five-year term in power and at the same time trying to restore in the society the equalizing influence that have been undermined by inequalities. The US realizes that their country without equalizing tax reforms is heading towards social polarization, a polarization that the Republican Party is dealing with right-wing populism. Both opponents and giants of the capitalist system have change trajectories. Chinese President Xi Jinping before the 20th Congress of the Communist Party in 2022 turns to restore a social equation which struck perhaps irreparably by the state capitalism in the economic sector. US Joe Biden realizes that the burden of low incomes on the country during the Presidency of Donald Trump is becoming a threat to create an irreversible social rift.

But there is a significant difference between the two superpowers. As the United States withdraws from the international stage to address its domestic problems, China is constantly expanding its influence around the globe.
