Materials
50ml London Dry Gin,
25ml lemon juice,
12.5 ml sugar syrup,
12.5ml creme de mure liqueur (liqueur with berry aroma and taste),
lemon fillets for serving (optional),
blueberries for serving.
Procedure
Beat the first three ingredients together with ice in the shaker and put them in a glass full of crushed ice. Sprinkle with the liqueur over the counter so that it runs all the way down. If you want, serve with a lemon fillet and blackberries.
