It is better and healthier but also cheaper to make corn flakes yourself with your own hands at home. You will know what ingredients you have put in and they will be tastier.
Ingredients for 2 people
• one tablespoon cornflour,
• half a teaspoon salt,
• 1 teaspoon sugar,
• Water
Procedure
Mix the flour with the salt. Place a wide non-stick pan with a flat bottom on the stove over medium heat. Sift a thin layer of flour with a strainer, until the bottom is well covered. Sprinkle the flour with water, so that it is well wet but without stagnation. After a while it starts to dry and peel off the walls. Once completely dry, sprinkle with sugar and remove from the pan.
