Foods-Elixirs of Youth

The basic rule is that everything in these foods-elixirs of youth must be unprocessed.

  1. Unsalted and raw nuts
  2. Garlic and onion (retain their properties even when cooked).
  3. Tomato (retains its properties even when cooked).

10 Anti-Aging Rules

  1. Do not leave yourself fasting.
  2. Balance the ideal weight for your body based on your body mass index.
  3. Sleep 7 to 8 hours a day and at noon if you can.
  4. Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses of clean water a day.
  5. Learn to breathe properly.
  6. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.
  7. Fight stress.
  8. Try to sit in the sun for a long time.

In contrast, foods that accelerate aging are sugar, white flour, alcohol, processed foods (such as fats, preserves, soft drinks, fast food) and saturated fats (fried, cold cuts, full-fat dairy products, ready-made dairy products) and should be avoided.
