Joe Biden’s Decoding of ‘Killer’ Assessment for Vladimir Putin

The ferocity of the unusual statement by a US President against his Russian Counterpart, who is at the same time a major nuclear power, describing him as a “Killer” and warning him that he will “pay” the price very soon escapes the formal framework of acceptable diplomacy, even if the US and Russia are great adversaries.

But the fact of this fierce diplomatic statement, even though it was addressed to Russia’s leader, must have been “terroristic” and targeted by other leaders around the world.

What is certain is that Joe Biden’s statement is not impulsive or a product of the verbal exaggeration of the moment, but it is a very well-prepared action by the American Presidency of Joe Biden.

Russia’s embarrassment was clear in this and it avoided reacting hastily, trying to decode what the Americans’ intentions mean. Russia’s first response was very low-key, showing its obvious embarrassment.

But what does the Joe Biden statement mean?

1. The Joe Biden statement gave the start and at the same time the ratification of the Anti-Russian orientation of American foreign policy.

2. Indirectly, the US President’s statement is addressed to China, China, if it wants cooperation, will have to regulate its stance on U.S. wants.

3. ‘Killer’ designation against Russian President Vladimir Putin triggers for a “overly aggressive recovery” of the US on the world stage, showing that the era of American introversion and folding for the US is over.

4. At this point, any period of questioning of the American superpower ends. Any leader of another country including Putin who dares to challenge US leadership will have consequences by exposing his country to a formidable set of countermeasures.

5. The first signs of this change in US attitude were given by the policy followed from the outset against Saudi Arabia.

6. Europe and Germany mainly through its refusal to stop the construction of Nord Stream 2 will most likely reminisce about the “good climate” with former US President Donald Trump.

7. On the other hand, the strong characterisation towards the President of Russia leads to the situation at the extremes, escalating the conflicting trajectory of relations between the two nuclear superpowers.

8. But the message was also sent to other leaders such as the President of Turkey, the President of the North Korea, but also to the leadership of Iran, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.

9. Any diplomatic or non-diplomatic maneuver by leaders of “rebels” or “allies” try to reach out to Russia, coming up against the wills of the U.S. will have to suffer the consequences.

The Persian Gulf states, Germany and any other country that tries to reach out to Russia, will not be tolerated by the US. NATO-owned Turkey, which allows NATO’s foundations to creak in South-East Europe, should carefully measure its options because the conflict between the two US-Russian superpowers will cause “suffocation” in Turkey by demanding its surrender to the West without consideration for the Erdogan regime.

10. A compromise or wrap-up of Turkey and a ‘partial surrender’ of the regime Erdogan in the US will give the Americans the right to resurrect their networks in the Turkish state apparatus that the current Turkish President managed to rip off after the 2016 coup.

It is certain that following Joe Biden’s statements against Vladimir Putin, the world political scene is entering a new situation in US-Russia relations, where political conflict will prevail leading to military competition and conflict between representatives in regional subsystems of the planet for their full control.
