With a post on social media (his Truth Social), as he usually does, US President Donald Trump announced that in six hours from now (four more), a full ceasefire between Israel and Iran will come into effect. The agreement will come into full force after 24 hours of non-violation, says the US president, bringing about the “official end of the 12-day war”.
In practice, this means that on Tuesday, June 24, we saw the last acts of the drama. The Iranians convinced the Americans that they could not help but retaliate against the USAF strikes. Logical, understandable. But mainly, this analysis was shared by Trump! And the Iranians took care to notify… everyone in advance. The missiles were all intercepted (perhaps they did not have an explosive warhead after all).
In any case, the Americans had removed all their aircraft. The threats of more strikes from Tehran simply did not materialize, while pro-regime Iranians had taken to the streets… scandalously early, to celebrate “victory” in the war, even though formally, the celebrations concerned the strikes against the Al Udeid air base in neighboring Qatar.
Everything points to an immense direction, with the… director, announcing the development of the script. Let’s be patient first for six hours and then for a whole day, to see if something could go wrong at the last minute…
Most likely, Trump imposed the development on the Israelis, who owed him a great favor for participating in the bombing of Fordow (mainly), as well as the other two nuclear facilities in Natanz and Isfahan. It seems that both sides… are carrying out some last-ditch raids, both having issued warnings about civilians.
It remains to be seen whether these latest attacks could derail what Trump announced
The American president, of course, has proven that he is not joking. With anyone. and will take it very personally… They carried out emblematic airstrikes – last-minute as it turns out – against pillars of the mullahs’ regime, which are mainly used to control power in the Islamic Republic. It should be noted, of course, that the Israelis had also warned, asking the Iranians to evacuate. The difference is that their own strikes seem to have been real…
