Russian army has taken control of the village of Timofeevka in Donetsk, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced, confirming its continued advance as we have homer battles in Toretsk as well.
“Units of the “Center” troop group, as a result of active actions, captured the village of Timofeevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and occupied more advantageous positions,” Moscow announced. The occupied village of Timofeevka is a small village in the Pokrovsk region of Donetsk.

This is part of the bridgehead formed in July after the liberation of Progress, Lozovatsk, Evgenivka and Volch.
The latter is the most important logistical support hub of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass.

Russian troops cross water canal in Chasif Yar, clashes follow in city center
