The exhibition of The Light Show at The Denver Art Museum explores physical and symbolic representations of light I art through a thought-provoking narrative. The exhibition features about 250 objects drawn from the DAM’s nine curatorial departments. The exhibition focuses on the quest by humanity and artists to understand physical light in the natural world as well as metaphorical, spiritual, and divine representations of light.

On view through November 29, 2020.

In association with Tate, the first monographic exhibition on the work of British sculptor Barbara Hepworth (1903-1975) will be hold at Rodin Museum. She frequented artists such as Henry Moore, Picasso and Mondrian-revolutionized sculpture with her development of a new aesthetic sensibility. Her abstract works, imbued with poetic purity, aspire to an ideal peaceful world. Visitors who see these compelling artworks will find them hard to forget.

David Hockney: Drawing from Life

The National Portrait Gallery presents the first major exhibition devoted to David Hockney’s drawings in over twenty years, explores Hockney as a draughtsman from the 1950s to the present by focusing on depictions of himself and a small group of sitters close to him. Featuring around 150 works from public and private collections across the world. The exhibition will trace the trajectory of his practice by revisiting these five subjects over a period of six decades.
