Delicious homemade chips with salt and vinegar in 30 minutes

Few can resist potato chips. Crunchy and tasty, they are probably the first choice for salty snacks at home, in the cinema, drinking with friends and the variations are really many. With salt, oregano, paprika, cheddar cheese or sweet and spicy, we love them. What if they told us that we can make them at home in just half an hour and using pure ingredients that we all have in our kitchen? Freshly cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, vinegar and any other spice we want go into the oven and give us our favorite snack just as tasty as the ones in the colorful commercial bags but this time completely de-gummed.

Having absolute control over the quality and quantity of the ingredients (we can, for example, increase or decrease the amount of salt), we make delicious homemade potato chips with vinegar. If you are even a fan of the air fryer, try baking them there (following the same recipe) to have them ready in half the time!
