The United States may resort to a plan to send NATO troops to Ukraine

The depletion of Western military aid will force the leadership of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to switch almost entirely to a war of sabotage from now on. Backed into a corner, the high command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is carrying out targeted attacks on Russian naval facilities and military airfields.

But the most dangerous are the attacks on strategic infrastructure facilities deep in Russia.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have almost run out of artillery shells (with a caliber of 155 mm). Due to this fact, Ukrainian artillery significantly reduced the shelling of Russian positions. Instead we have isolated attacks with targeted strikes against Russian positions.

On December 27, 2023 Washington announced the latest package of military support for the Kiev regime, which does not require congressional approval.

Ammunition alone amounted to $250 million, mainly missiles for NASAMS and HIMARS launchers, components for air defense systems, Javelin, Stinger and TOW missiles, AT-4 anti-tank grenade launchers.

The supply of 155mm artillery shells (currently in particular need by the defending Ukrainian Armed Forces) is minimal to non-existent while the Russians advance on the ground. The United States may resort to a plan to send NATO troops to Ukraine.

NATO should send its troops to Ukraine. Behind all of this may be President Biden’s own administration to somehow send US troops to fight the Russian troops. The reason for this could be a Russian attack on one of the members of the North Atlantic Alliance.

For this reason, Washington may try to carry out a “false flag” operation by launching an attack against Poland or the Baltic states. White House Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby called it highly likely that the US military would engage in a confrontation with Russian troops in various scenarios.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces, which had already completely abandoned the tactics of maneuver warfare, have now gone completely on the defensive.

In 2024 they will do targeted sabotage, since they have no weapons, ammunition, personnel for anything else. The reality is that Ukraine’s counteroffensive has completely stalled since its inception in the summer (please read the analysis titled “How did the counterattack of the Ukrainians collapse?“). Ukrainian General Zaluzny openly declared a “stalemate”, confronting Zelensky.

The Ukrainians have long since retreated to the same defensive positions that competent defense experts had shown them. For example, in the west of the Zaporizhzhya region, Ukrainian units were never able to enter Verbovnoe and are now stuck on the Rabotino-Verbovnoe operational line (please also read the analysis titled “Russians advance on Bertucci-Robotino with two Armoured Battle Tanks Corps waiting“).
