After the decision to grant NATO anti-aircraft systems to Kyiv, Moscow responds with a sophisticated plan to “exterminate the Ukrainians from afar”. Seven Russian warships are on high combat readiness in the Black Sea right now, armed with Kalibr cruise missiles, the Ukrainian Navy said.
The Russian ships and submarines in the area are preparing to launch, according to other sources, a storm of cruise missiles against Ukrainian targets, while a while ago the French president E. Macron spoke of the need for “conversations” on the part of Kiev.
The Russian Navy, for now, continues to control the maritime lanes in the Sea of Azov, keeping warships on combat duty.
Russia also has ten warships deployed in the Mediterranean Sea, including five with cruise missiles. The day before, Russia sent four ships through the Kerch Strait into the Sea of Azov.
Unlike surface ships, Russian submarines can operate unhindered throughout the Black Sea while being able to fire Kalibr cruise missiles at multiple targets simultaneously.
A slight drawback of the Kilo-class submarines is that they only carry four Kaliber. Russia’s surface ships are equipped with a vertical launch system of 8 missiles.
The new Surovikin plan for Ukraine
Russian fighter Su-35S shot down a Ukrainian aircraft using an air-to-air missile with a longer range not only than the Ukrainian fighter had, but one of the largest in the world. We are talking about the R-37M missile.
While patrolling the airspace, the Russian Su-35S fighter jet attacked a Ukrainian fighter jet.
The R-37M long-range missile, which is the longest-range air-to-air cruise missile, was used for the destruction.
Due to the hit of the target at a long distance, the crew of the Russian fighter managed to avoid the appearance of additional dangers and enter the destruction zone of the Ukrainian air defense systems. Among other things, it is known that the Russian fighter also neutralized a radar station of the anti-aircraft missile system S -300.

It should be noted that Russian R-37M long-range missiles have been actively used in operations in Ukraine. These missiles can neutralize a target at a distance of 300 kilometers, that is, in fact, beyond the range of any radar station on the territory of Ukraine.
Media sources in Russia are reporting a new Surovikin plan to neutralize Ukrainian targets and units from afar, with the aim of avoiding casualties, thereby changing the entire doctrine of this war.
Announcement of the Russian Ministry of Defense on Ukraine
Yesterday on November 17, the Armed Forces of Russia carried out a concerted strike with long-range, high-precision weapons from the air, sea and land against Ukrainian military installations.
- In the Yuzhnonetsk direction,
the Ukrainians unsuccessfully tried to counterattack in the Vladimirovka and Pavlovka settlement areas, to stop the advance of Russian troops. Russian artillery strikes and assault group actions repulsed all counterattacks. The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were disbanded and pushed back to their original lines.
The losses of the Ukrainian army amounted to more than 100 soldiers, dead and wounded.
Destroyed: 1 tank, 3 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 armored vehicles and 7 vehicles.
- In the direction of Kupyansk,
as a result of damage from fire from Russian artillery and heavy TOS-1 systems, all enemy attempts to attack by two Ukrainian infantry units in the direction of the settlement failed.
- Berry Kharkiv and Kuzemovka LPR region,
More than 50 Ukrainian soldiers, 2 tanks and 5 armored vehicles were destroyed.
- In the Krasna-Limansky direction,
an attempt by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack in the direction of the settlement was foiled.
- In the Chervonopopovka region,
as a result of the concentrated fire of the Russian artillery, the Ukrainian enemy units stopped and dispersed. Up to 40 Ukrainians, 2 infantry fighting vehicles and 2 armored vehicles were destroyed.
“Continued missile attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector will put enormous pressure on Kyiv and its backers in the West, requiring a massive influx of aid needed to keep the Ukrainian population afloat through the winter, and a further large outflow of Ukrainian refugees to Europe remains likely,” revealing how the Russians will move in the coming winter months.
