Exhibition: Vivian Maier-Self & Street

Recognition in Vivian Maier’s work occurred after her death. The KP Projects (Merry Karnowski Gallery) in Los Angeles is currently presenting an exhibition of her photographs including self-portraits and street scenes with titled Vivian Maier-Self & Street. Vivian Maier’s legacy is approximately 200,000 photographs and has been selected specifically from those focusing on street life and the architecture of New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Exhibition: Rubens: Reuniting the Great Landscapes

For the First time in over two hundred years, Peter Paul Rubens’s (1577-1640) two great masterpieces of landscape painting, The Rainbow Landscape (The Wallace Collection) and A View of Het Steen in the Early Mornings (The National Gallery) are now reunited as part of an exhibition at the Wallace Collection.  The visitor to this exhibition will have a unique opportunity to experience these great paintings together and on their own, and to be immersed in their wealth of detail and ambitious scale. This exhibition is accompanied by a documentary film.
