The tools with which world managers rule the world

The ingenuity of the world’s managers consisted and is limited to the few initial decisions, so that the appropriate conditions-framework were created for situations to follow a specific, in most cases-predictable flow. All the events that will follow are the result of these few initial decisions. The decisions that were approved and are subsequently implemented are not made during the events that are unfolding because they would be ineffective, simply because they would not have reached their recipients due to the turmoil and political provocation.

Such clever initial decisions are the tools with which the world’s managers rule the world. Who are the world’s managers? The very rich people, people whose fortunes are as large as the budgets of many small or medium-sized states. People who are major shareholders in multinational corporations with turnovers greater than the GDP of, for example, Greece. Because of such huge sums of money, they can obviously influence world politics and can shape the minds of hundreds of millions of people. How do they do it? They apply the top-down strategy, which means they set the right conditions and then let events take their course. They can be sure that the course of events will be largely to their liking.

Example.

A group of world plutocrats wants to make people desire and therefore be influenced by a certain kind of art, kind of movies, novels or whatever, because these will shape human minds in the way that the world managers want them to be shaped. What do the world managers do to achieve this goal? Do they spread the kind of art, movies or novels with which they want to reshape human minds? No. That would be suspicious to many, and we know that human psychology is such that it rebels against anything imposed by force.

So what do they do? Let’s say, they want you to admire and desire a work of art that you normally don’t like. They organize an auction and buy this kind of work of art at a very, very high price. The impact it has is enormous. Suddenly, wealthy individuals who would not otherwise be interested in such works of art begin to have second thoughts. If a work of art has been bought for millions, it must be worth it. Newly wealthy businessmen, who probably have no artistic taste of their own, will flock to buy similar works of art. Events will take their course: People will orient themselves towards this particular type of art.

The same applies to novels or films (see Odyssey with a colour, Beautiful Helen and Achilles as transgender). Novels and especially films shape the minds of hundreds of millions of people. If the managers of the world want to control these minds, they must feed them books and films that convey the views and ideas, beliefs and ideologies espoused by the plutocrats of the world. How do you get millions of people to choose the right books and films?

That’s where awards come in. People simply love to read books and watch award-winning films. The bigger the prize (see Nobel Prize for Literature, Booker Prize, Oscar), the more attractive the novel or film is. The power of awards is twofold: They attract not only readers and viewers, but also book guides and screenwriters. All aspiring creators follow the many competitions and learn which book or film or content has won awards. Aspiring writers, directors will inevitably follow their example and create content that suits the world’s managers, otherwise they will never gain national or international recognition. The right content in turn (especially if it is repeated and reproduced in hundreds of popular books and films) will shape the minds of millions of people.

That is. Just as you cannot hope to make a career in politics without someone’s strong financial backing, you cannot make a career as a writer or director without someone’s strong financial backing. It’s that simple.

The plutocratic administrators of the world are even better. Today’s men and women have no idea who is governing them, who is setting the conditions to bring things to a state of their liking. The majority tend to believe that they are governed by presidents or prime ministers, and some believe that their ballot decides everything.

Yes, it does, but the choice a voter makes has depended for years on the arrangement of social, cultural, political, and economic balances and checks that in turn have been and continue to be set by the current leaders of the plutocracy.
