In the center of Madrid and on behalf of the Reina Sofia Museum, thirty-four-year-old Kosovo artist Petrit Halilaj set up a flower garden. These are giant flower-art installations made of aluminum and fabric, which the artist has placed in Retiro Park, in front of the Palacio di Cristal. It is a symbolic Eden, where the public walks among giant flowers.

The cultural capital of Norway in recent years delivers to the public the new library. After a decade of work, the new library rises between Central Station and the Oslo Opera House. It is the work of the architectural firms Atelier Oslo and Lundhagem. Occupies an area of 13500sq.m. and the new library has 450,000 volumes of books.
