Two more dead and one injured in Israeli attacks in Lebanon. The attacks targeted an excavator (!) and a water tank (!) in eastern and southern Lebanon.
The continuous and unpunished Israeli attacks in southern and eastern Lebanon on Monday cost the lives of at least two people and injured another. These attacks, like others, appear to have targeted infrastructure and civilians, while the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have yet to explain their motive.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that one of the attacks targeted an excavator in the town of Sohmor, in the eastern Beqaa Valley. This is not the first time that Israel has targeted general construction equipment inside Lebanon, with deadly consequences.
One of the attacks targeted a water tank in Nabatieh al-Fawqa, which is of course a clear target for vital infrastructure. One person was killed in the attack and has not yet been identified, due to the extensive dismemberment.
Interestingly, this is not the first time Israel has targeted water-related infrastructure in this city. In May, an Israeli drone attacked and killed a municipal worker who was in the process of repairing a broken well. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed that he was a “Hezbollah terrorist” but offered no evidence to support this claim. Apparently Hezbollah terrorists are employed by the Lebanese Water Authority!
One of Monday’s attacks was in Aitaroun, and the Israeli military tried to justify it by saying it was targeting “Hezbollah weapons depots.” Again, they offered no evidence for this. One person was reportedly injured in the attack. Additional attacks were reported in Kfar Rumman and Jarmaq, and a house was hit by a drone in Houmin.
So we live in a reality where Israel, simply by mentioning the word Hezbollah, has the right (?) to bomb anyone it wants without justification! Even civilians, random passersby and water tanks… And I insist on unjustified, because even if it “justifies” some attacks, this does not mean that they are justified.
Israel was created to live in its state, a people of the diaspora. However, the majority of Jews did not become Israelis and did not return to the “land that God assigned to them”. Those who did, within about seven decades, managed to establish a state that is today financed with vast sums of money from the West and constitutes the Sacred Cow of the planet.
The Middle East has not known peace since the founding of Israel. It does not have friendly or even formal relations with any state in the region. It is an enemy to death with everything. So two things can happen. Either the entire Middle East has an unjustified and paranoid hatred for good people, or the founding point of Israel was a huge blunder by those who consider themselves the world’s groupies and thought they dealt wisely when they dealt completely wrong.
And now, the same mistake is being made again by the “enlightened groupies”. But they have not yet realized that the international casino no longer belongs to them.
