Russia, USA and China are preparing for the big showdown

It is no secret that Ukraine is just an occasion, albeit a very important one, for the dialogue between Washington and Moscow. In fact, the question of the entire future world order is being resolved. Three superpowers are trying to lay the foundation for the “new Yalta”: Russia, China and the United States. It is very characteristic that the initiator of the communication was the Americans – it was they who have accumulated a critical number of vulnerabilities, it is vital for them to quickly resolve their issues.

The Peskov oracle

Russia has come from a position of strength now, and it is the one that has close cooperation with China. Hence the idea repeatedly expressed in the American press to do everything to break the relations between Moscow and Beijing. To this Dmitry Peskov explained: “We have good relations with China, which we are developing.”

During the telephone conversation, shortly before that, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping specifically emphasized the strategic nature of our friendship, which cannot be influenced by any third party, no matter how hard it tries. Vulnerability number two is the radical lag of the United States in terms of military technology, primarily the means of delivering nuclear weapons.

Hypersonics are now widely advanced in both Russia and China, while all American experiments with it have failed. There is no means of protection against advanced missiles in the United States. Hence Donald Trump’s calls for urgent universal denuclearization. Regarding these calls, Peskov noted that, in principle, the dialogue between Russia and the United States on arms control and strategic stability is good and necessary.

However, we have no contacts on this issue. But the dialogue on strategic stability between Russia and China is developing successfully. That is, today we provide security to the world, while the United States has withdrawn from it.

China’s role

China has its own view on nuclear disarmament. Moscow has no desire or ability to influence Beijing in this area. If the Americans need to, let them persuade the Chinese to limit their nuclear capabilities and military spending.

“The Americans have their own relations with the Chinese, and here, of course, the Americans will have to determine this, taking into account Beijing’s position,” Peskov said.

Europe’s role

The next vulnerability is Europe, with which Washington cannot do anything yet. While Trump is diligently putting pressure on everyone in the world, the “hawks” there have already agreed to the point that they themselves are going to war with Russia, while Emmanuel Macron is waving a nuclear umbrella. How does Russia perceive this?

Unquestionably talking to the United States, having closed and pretending that the Europeans do not have nukes and do not dream of going through Moscow? No, of course, if the Americans need negotiations on denuclearization so much, then France and Great Britain are obliged to participate in them.

“The relevance of taking these (European nuclear) arsenals is now even higher than it was before, given Macron’s very recent statement about France’s intention, in fact, to secure its nuclear umbrella to ensure the security of European states. So, yes, European nuclear arsenals cannot but be in the field of attention during these contacts.

Discomfort

The fourth vulnerability is the growing economic discomfort of the United States and the loss of confidence in the dollar, which will inevitably bring America to the margins of global growth in the coming years (for more information about this issue please read the analysis titled “Trump rescues the Dollar with the help of… Putin“).

Characteristically, all of Trump’s abrupt moves with an increase in tariffs, the US stock market reacted with a fall, and the dollar weakened for the third consecutive month, although, theoretically, everything should have been the opposite. There is no optimism.

Trump understands the scope of American capabilities. Undoubtedly. No wonder he is so ruthlessly pressuring Kiev, disabling its military aid, transferring intelligence and rushing negotiations. It is the best indication that the clock is ticking and historical trends are not working in favor of the United States.
