Exactly 80 years later from May 1940, Winston Churchill is remembered as one of the greatest politicians to ever lead a nation and Sotheby’s is honored to partner with Chartwell Booksellers in presenting a rich array of rare books, manuscripts and photographs that embraces the entirety of Churchill’s life and career. Until the 20th of the month, Sotheby’s auction house keeps the platform of a new auction open with material exclusively historical evidence, manuscripts and mainly Winston Churchill books or books with theme Winston Churchill. All versions are rare or leather-bound from private libraries in collaboration with Chartwell Booksellers.
