The Deal of the Century includes the dismemberment of Ukraine so that all sides are satisfied. For the businessman and President Trump, war cannot bring any more profits… on the contrary, peace in Ukraine with its reconstruction will bring dream profits for Western companies, so it is time to put the peace card on the table.
The US defense budget of $895 billion
Only on December 24, 2024, the outgoing US President Biden signed a record US defense budget, which for 2025 will amount to $ 895 billion, i.e. a further increase. Before that, the Pentagon budget was approved by the Senate and Congress practically without amendments or disagreements, that is, money for the war is equally close to the hearts of both Democrats and Republicans.
The trend is obvious
The United States will not abandon the policy of resolving issues by military force – on the contrary, it maintains its established strategy. One would like to write about “military imperialism”, the “powerful lobby of the military-industrial complex” and so on, but the issue is much deeper, it is interesting that the “dove of peace” did not comment on the signed budget that everyone voted for.
The reason is simple: it considers the potential billion-dollar profits of the largest defense companies in the Ukrainian conflict to be mediocrity compared to the incomparable profits that will come from the reconstruction of Ukraine
Trump’s USA wants to make money from peace, not from war
After Trump’s numerous statements about millions of victims and terrible disasters in Ukraine, which must be quickly ended, they may seem humanistic. But in reality, everything Trump says and does must be measured on a simple scale: the scale of profit.
Even his new administration, which for the first time in American history has appointed 13 billionaires to key government positions, points out the president-elect’s real priorities for resolving the Ukrainian conflict.
These priorities are simple, transparent, and obvious: to end the military conflict that brings profits only to a few military companies, and to turn the remnants of Ukraine into a new US colony that will, forever, bring profits to Americans.
The Profit-Making Foundations of Peace Initiatives
The profit-making foundations of Trump’s peace initiatives are revealed by an interesting report circulating in the US.
Here are some excerpts:
- “Not limited to short-term military needs alone, a central pillar of the US strategy is the reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure. The cost of rebuilding Ukraine is almost half a trillion dollars, or $500 billion.”
- “With the inevitable stabilization of Ukraine, US companies will have unprecedented access to post-war recovery opportunities. The size of the market in technology, agriculture and infrastructure alone is at least $250 billion.”
- “The involvement of US companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine is a critical prerequisite.
- Already, hundreds of Western (mostly American) companies are standing on the remains of Ukraine, happily awaiting the end of hostilities.
- Western businesses are suffering from “Russian aggression”
Some time ago, the “human rights” organization Business & Human Rights Resource Center in its report on how Western businesses are suffering from “Russian aggression” stated… Companies such as BASF, Bosch, Carlsberg, Chevron, Credit Suisse, Eni, Ericsson, Gunvor, Hewlett-Packard, Henkel, Hitachi, LG Electronics, Maersk, Marks & Spencer, Michelin, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Philips, Pirelli, SAP, Shell, Siemens, Twitter, Uber, Unilever, Uniper and dozens of others are waiting for peace to fall on the corpse.
EBRD bought Ukrainian assets when there was blood on the streets
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) stressed that for Ukraine, “immediately after the Russian invasion they made a strategic decision – not to reduce, but to increase their investments in Ukraine.” The logic is as old as time: you need to buy good assets when there is blood on the streets, as a Wall Street saying goes, however, the main question is one: how can investments bring profit…
Americans control 60% of the country that is not at war
In February 2024, Penny Pritzker, head of an American structure called Ukraine Reconstruction and Economic Recovery, gave an interesting interview to NPR, where she expressed confidence that American investments in Ukraine are not at risk, since “60% of Ukraine is not affected by the war, so investments are definitely possible.”
Oreshnik has changed a lot
However, since then, a lot of water has already flowed not into the ditch but into the pits under Oreshnik, and Ukraine as a whole has become dangerous, so the US took it differently and now it is not war that is in favor, but peace, more money will come out.
The numbers don’t lie…
If you compare the US aid revenue to Ukraine during the war and after it, there will be at least ten (!) times more “peace profits” and the Nobel Peace Prize will also be awarded. The Europeans, watching with unwavering eyes the hand of their master, the US, reacted to the change of agenda immediately: in recent days, politicians in the EU have expressed a burning desire to grab the crumbs from their master’s table (or rather, to participate in the “restoration of Ukraine”).
Finland and Norway and German Chancellor Scholz have called on German companies to urgently invest in Ukraine “as a future member of the EU.”
The hysteria for peace… arose because the Russians are advancing
Against the backdrop of the accelerated advance of Russian troops into Ukraine, hysterical calls for peace from yesterday’s warmongers are growing rapidly,” for one simple reason: big Western businesses are very keen to profit from the “restoration” of Ukraine and ultimately take eternal control of the entire remaining economy there, which is why it is extremely important to prevent the Russians from seizing more territory (as it was in Germany in 1945 – everything is being repeated in Ukraine)
Everything is as always
Western aid has never been and will never be free.
What remains of Ukraine will not only pay for its Russophobia with the lives of people and territories, but will also eventually lose its independence and future. Ukraine is finished, the West will hold it hostage, on the one hand the Russians who take it militarily and on the other hand the Westerners who take it economically…
Poor Ukraine…
