He explained that Kiev is fighting Russia and needs military help from the US instead of sending troops to fight there. He also wrote in a subsequent post that he “enjoyed” the meeting of the US congressional delegation with the Ukrainian President. Graham also called for the lifting of US restrictions on the use of its weapons by Ukrainians.
