The US is dragging the West into the green impasse

The US, at the head of many Western countries, is attempting to shape a green planet and save us all from an environmental disaster. But in essence, their political choices, especially under the Biden presidency, are dead ends, economically controversial and drag many countries into an economic quagmire. The obsession with green growth and zero carbon emissions is destroying most Western economies, ramping up populism and spreading unfounded fears of environmental disaster.

The war in Ukraine has produced, so far at least, some discernible results. The American economy has strengthened, as has the Russian economy, despite any sanctions. The boycott of Russian energy has already been overcome by the search for new outlets. Through India and China, Russia now manages to profitably channel its energy products to international markets and Europe. The other observation is that Europe, due to discipline in NATO’s policies – with the exception of Turkey – has suffered an economic recession, due of course to the loss of cheap Russian energy products, mainly gas and oil.

Thus, the US is contributing to Europe’s economic damage, while at the same time, with its obsession with green growth policies, it is dragging the West in general into a quagmire of decline, driven mainly by energy precision and dead-end climate policies. An intense wave of doomsday has been created for the planet because man with his activities is allegedly leading it to death. And all of this is based on a distortion of reality that is supposedly built on a scientific consensus. The international scientific community does not support this view. The notion that humans are causing catastrophic climate change is a hoax. And according to many, it serves financial interests (see the film “Climate: the Movie” as well as “The Great Global Warming Swindle”). Hundreds of reputable scientists around the world are questioning the UN IPCC’s claims about the role of humans in an impending climate catastrophe.

Related examples: “The worst scientific scandal in history… When people discover the truth, they will feel cheated by science and scientists,” Dr. Kiminori Ito, environmental natural chemist (Japan). “So far there is no evidence to cause concern about catastrophic future warming,” Dr. Jarl Albeck, Panep. Abo Academy (Finland). “IPCC findings distort science”, Dr Philip Lloyd, nuclear physicist (South Africa) and former key drafter of IPCC reports, and others… I have also explained many times in my writings why the climate catastrophe arguments are baseless.

It remains to be seen how realistic the policies announced by the American government are for the annihilation of pollutants by 2050. But which are dragging Western countries, and of course Greece, into green policies that have disastrous economic results (e.g. causing precision ). Based on President Biden’s announcements, the US is required to spend $5 trillion PER YEAR to achieve zero emissions by 2050. This, according to the most optimistic estimates, means a reduction in US Gross National Product (GDP) of 16%. Is such a thing possible? In between, other Western countries are destined to suffer dramatic economic bleeding. And what will happen if Trump wins the election? Everything will change. And what will happen then? Unknown…
