The Volnorez anti-drone system appears to be being installed by Russian forces on tanks operating on Ukrainian soil. This creates a “shield” around the vehicle carrying it, essentially blocking communication between the Ukrainian kamikaze drones and their operator.
According to Russian sources, the system operates in a frequency range from 900 to 3,000 MHz and interrupts the communication of drones, at a distance of 600 meters around the tank.
