During the day, Russian troops repelled 17 attacks by the Ukrainian army in the directions of Donetsk, Krasno-Limansky, Yuzhno-Donetsk and Zaporozhye, killing almost 680 fighters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and destroying about 40 armored vehicles, artillery and vehicles, Russian reports Media, citing a report by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The Russian Armed Forces also destroyed three ammunition depots of Ukrainian troops in Donetsk and hit the command post of the 115th motorized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- In the direction of Donetsk, nine enemy attacks were successfully repelled per day in the Belogorovka, Pervomaisky, Severny, Nevelsky and Krasnogorovka regions of the Donetsk People’s Republic. In addition, in the Bakhmut region, three concentrations of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were defeated. Enemy losses in manpower in this direction amounted to 290 people.
- In the Krasno-Limansky direction, the Russian army repulsed two attacks by assault groups of the 63rd and 66th motorized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Makeevka and Chervona Dibrova regions of the Lugansk People’s Republic and defeated the manpower and equipment of four enemy brigades. The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost more than 90 fighters per day.
- In the direction of Staromayorskoe and Urozhainoe settlements in the direction of southern Donetsk, it is also reported that five attacks by Ukrainian forces were repelled.
- In the direction of Makarovka and Priyutnoge areas, strikes were carried out against concentrations of enemy manpower.
- In the direction of Zaporizhia, an attack by units of the 128th mountain assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zerebianka region was repelled.
The total daily losses of the Ukrainian army in these areas amounted to over 300 fighters.
Ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed near the settlements of Nevelskoe, Druzhkovka and Maksimovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The command post of the 115th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was also hit in its Rzhdolovka region. In addition, an American-made AN/TPQ-50 anti-missile defense radar was destroyed in the Golubovka district of Kharkiv Oblast.
During the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost about 760 fighters in the special operations zone, four tanks, three infantry fighting vehicles, one armored personnel carrier, six armored vehicles, three US-made M777 artillery systems, Gvozdika self-propelled guns, as well as two Krab self-propelled guns, three Akatsiya self-propelled guns, four D 30 howitzers, two D-20 howitzers, three Msta-B howitzers. In addition, Ukrainian forces lost two Bukovel electronic warfare stations and a drone control center.
The Armed Forces of Russia stopped the activities of five Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions. Another group of saboteurs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed in the Uglendar region.
During the day, Russian troops defeated 79 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 109 areas.
Russian air defense forces intercepted six HIMARS missiles and destroyed six Ukrainian drones in the regions of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia.
