A certain fact is that Europe has taken a downward spiral in terms of population. There are fewer and fewer. The populations that are increasing numerically are the Muslims. Hence the conclusion of some in the social environment (e.g. George Soros Foundation, Open Society): if we allow the entry of Muslim immigrants, we will fight the decline of the population. Except Europe will be filled with young Muslims, not unaccompanied at all this time. And the cultural and value background of each European country will begin to change. Many support this idea. Agents of the European Union, loving Islamists, supporters of human rights without restrictions. Founders of NGOs and institutional bodies for the protection of migrants and the care of their unaccompanied children (no age limits or verified personal histories). But their presence automatically means a large increase in Muslim immigrants. Because with the European rules, once they are legalized, this work of the followers of multiculturalism, they are entitled to invite members of their families for settlement. The so-seen work of supposed population growth is being realized.
But are the goals that this policy aims to achieve in this way? The problem is not Islam. Everyone has the right to believe what they want. The issue is how this population replacement affects the cultural, social and moral values of society. It is not the same as influxes of Christian, Hindu, Taoist immigrants. If we accept that all of them from the preamble accept in writing their compliance and submission to the European legal and value system, then there is no problem. There is no question of Islamophobia in this case. But there is a question of Islamic realism.
Because Islam means “submission” – to rules, principles and the dictates of the Prophet. So how can a faithful Muslim live under values and rules that reject basic principles of his faith? L.g. does he believe in democracy, whose foundation is popular sovereignty? Which means that the people with some decision have the ability to change everything. But Islam imposes “submission” to the principles proclaimed by the Prophet. And that never change. What happens then?
Disappointing again is the supposed contribution of immigrants to the social and economic balance. In theory, their population presence strengthens the labor market, increases tax revenues and fills the insurance funds with contributions. But this usually does not happen in practice. According to Douglas Murray’s excellent and seminal book The Strange Death of Europe: Immigration, Identity, Islam, in most cases these expectations have been dashed. Muslims prefer to live among themselves in ethno-religious ghettos, avoid organized labor and thus taxes (which their religion also rejects) and social security contributions, and rely on benefits and welfare. Murray’s work caused a stir in Europe and fundamentally shook the multicultural model. Few politicians in Europe, apart from some in the EU leadership, believe in multiculturalism anymore…
But there is awe towards Islam. Political correctness, ignoring the reality and related attitudes, imposes tolerance towards the fanatical followers of Islam. Approaching perceptions of Islamophobia.
