The Russians entered Ulgedar
The Russian army entered Ulgedar and entrenched themselves on the outskirts of the city. Russian troops were able to break through Ukrainian defenses and enter its suburbs in three days.
At the moment, serious fighting is taking place on the territory of the city, while, according to sources, Russian troops have successfully established their presence on the outskirts of the city, occupying the shelters that exist here.
At this time it is known that the Russian army has already occupied the southern part of the city and is trying to move north.
At the same time, efforts are being made to encircle Buhledar in order to prevent the transfer of additional Ukrainian army forces and to block the retreat of Ukrainian troops.
Shortly before the start of the attack on Ulgedar, the Ukrainians received dozens of artillery hits on the positions of the Armed Forces of Russia, thus allowing Russian troops to successfully approach the city from the southeast and southwest.
Given the intensity of the Russian army’s advance, experts believe that Vulkhedar will come under the control of the Russian army before the end of this week, however, the presence of large Ukrainian forces still remains in the area, which may try to attack from another side.

Two Turkish merchant ships were hit by Russian missiles
As a result of a missile attack on Kherson, two Turkish ships were damaged on the night of January 24-25. The two ships have been in Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022. As a result of the impact of at least one of the missiles, it hit the bridge of the ship Tuzla, causing severe damage, while another ship, the Ferahnaz, was also hit by rocket fragments. Turkish media called the incident a targeted attack.
