Chinese Mafia and Police equally to Western Capitals for Surveillance and mass Violence on unfortunate Dissidents

In the context of a global investigation by security authorities following reports from NGOs abroad and from other sources that in many countries around the world – among them France, Great Britain, Spain, the Netherlands, Canada, Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, Nigeria and others – that they are home to the respective branches of the so-called “Chinese police” who target hapless dissidents from those countries by having covert “Chinese units” created with the appeal of helping Chinese citizens living in foreign “to file reports with the local police and assist with other bureaucratic processes.

The issue of the presence of Chinese “police service centers”, which appear to be based in Fuzhou city of 7,200,000 in China’s impoverished Fujian province and Qingtian county in China’s southeastern Zhejiang province, was highlighted last September by the NGO Safeguard Defenders » based in Madrid.

As the NGO states, “From our small headquarters in Madrid, Spain, we work with local partners, including teachers, lawyers, local independent media organizations and civil society organizations engaged in the promotion and protection of human rights and the rule of law”. With the organization listing all addresses in dozens of cities around the world where informal “Chinese police offices” are allegedly based.

It is noted that in recent years, police reports in various Western countries have reported on “the action of rings of people of Chinese origin who extort, torture or commit other criminal acts against their compatriots in the context of selling protection or to collect large sums of money from the transporting them from the depths of Asia to Europe”.

In Greece and specifically in Athens, as Greek Police officers say, at least 3-4 times a month we have reports of attacks (beatings, etc.) against Chinese people, which are however attributed to attempted robberies, blackmail, etc. With no complaints of suffocating pressures from people in the Chinese community with unknown connections, pushing their hapless dissident compatriots to extort their way back to their homeland. However, they do not rule out that something like this can happen, due to the law of silence in the area and the Greek Chinatown.

Ιn the port of Thessaloniki (North Greece), headless corpses of Chinese were found at the beginning when the Chinese came to Greece. Anyone who tried to speculate beyond the selling prices set by the Communist State of China in a foreign country, as in the present case in Greece, found himself floating headless in the mud of Thermaikos. This from the testimony of a merchant who deals exclusively with Chinese.

Most of the illegal overseas police stations were set up after 2016 by corresponding police stations in the cities of Nandong and Wenzhou. This was followed by police department branches from Fuzhou City and Qingtian Province that were established in places with a large overseas Chinese population.

Although they do not report directly to Beijing, it is clear that the central government encourages their establishment and determines how they operate.
