British Prime Minister Boris Johnson strategy of suddenly prolonging the time when the English Parliament is closed has severely restricted the Opposition’s response to its attempt to block Boris Johnson’s Brexit policy without agreement. At the same time the British Prime Minister with this strategy tries to “squeeze” EU in order to give him a better agreement on the Brexit issue.

In the implementation of this policy the British Prime Minister seems to have used Queen Elizabeth to accept Boris Johnson’s proposal for a prolonged closure of the Parliament until 14 October and fifteen days before the deadline date of 31 October, where Boris Johnson set the date for the UK’s definitive exit from EU and whether or not there will be an agreement by then.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson correctly used the Parliamentary rules by getting mat move to the Opposition, but without doing-as his opponents blame him-‘parliamentary coup ‘ in England. More specifically:
Since the government of Boris Johnson has a vote of confidence in the Parliament, Queen Elizabeth can do a few things and independently whether she applauds the Prime Minister’s decision.
It is a fact that the English Parliament is closed at this time and not extraordinary but because it has been institutionalized. Simply, the Prime Minister of England used an excuse for the better preparation of his government in order to bring a better deal on Brexit issue and took the advantage to close the Parliament for a longer period.
Within this new political framework outlined by the British Prime Minister, the Opposition has only two options:
1. To recommend to Parliament’s plenary the passing of a law forcing the government of Boris Johnson to request an extension of the EU’s 31 October deadline.
2. To file a direct motion of censure against the government in order to overthrow the government of Boris Johnson.
If Boris Johnson wins the vote of confidence, he is strengthened to fully implement his strategy and after the date of Britain’s definitive exit from the EU to launch elections whenever he wants.
But if he loses the vote of confidence and resigns, the government will most likely be to be declared elections in late October or early November, forcing the new Prime Minister to request an extension of the Brexit period to re-negotiate with the EU for a better deal.
By achieving the prolongation of the closed period of the Parliament, while the opening of the Parliament will leave little time for anything, Prime Minister Boris Johnson puts himself with his back against the wall showing both the Opposition but mainly the EU that there is no more space for retreat in any of his positions on the Brexit and thus pushing the EU to give him a better deal.
But the issue is that the EU is not so interested in what Boris Johnson and Britain in general are doing about a better deal to exit Britain from the EU.
On the other hand, if Boris Johnson appears in the English Parliament after 17 October without a better deal or without agreement, the opposition does not have many things to do.
If on October 31st becomes Brexit without agreement, the Opposition will simply wait for the time that Boris Johnson will launch elections, calling meantime persistently for elections.
In this case the Opposition to rally for the benefit of the vote of protest will put in the beginning a matter of monarchy, showing in this case-wrongly in our opinion-that Queen Elizabeth helped Boris Johnson to pull out without agreement the UK from the EU.
