The US realizes that their country without equalizing tax reforms is heading towards social polarization, a polarization that the Republican Party is dealing with right-wing populism. Both opponents and giants of the capitalist system have change trajectories. Chinese President Xi Jinping before the 20th Congress of the Communist Party in 2022 turns to restore a social equation which struck perhaps irreparably by the state capitalism in the economic sector. US Joe Biden realizes that the burden of low incomes on the country during the Presidency of Donald Trump is becoming a threat to create an irreversible social rift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there is a significant difference between the two superpowers.
