On the other hand, the list of dead in the US after Donald Trump supporters invaded the Capitol before Joe Biden’s election was ratified. This can be done if the Vice President and most of the Cabinet decide (invoking the 25th amendment to the Constitution) that, for whatever reason, the President has become unfit to exercise the powers and duties of the office and sends a letter to Congress to that effect, then the Vice President becomes Deputy President and remains so, unless Congress refuses to allow the transfer of power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it was Vice President Mike Pence, not President Donald Trump, who ordered the deployment of the militia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joe Biden, in a dramatic speech, asked Donald Trump to go on television to declare allegiance to the Constitution. The Senate ratified the result of the November 3, 2020 elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
