These factors are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> The degree of development of telecommunications networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> The rental price of fiber optics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong> The cost of energy corresponding to 30% of the operating costs of a data center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> The political stability that you see in an investment target country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.<\/strong> The average annual temperature. In countries with a much higher average temperature, the need for refrigeration of machinery and, by extension, energy consumption is much greater.
