When we first mentioned it (mainly for F-35 fighter jets) the information we had found said that this switch would be installed in all new cars and that there would be the possibility for security authorities to be able to disable the car remotely, from a distance.

The justification for this was that, in cases of kidnappings or in cases where criminals are being pursued, the authorities would be able to stop the vehicles.

Since then, much new information has emerged. So the famous kill switch will do much more than what we mentioned above.

A system of special cameras inside the car will constantly monitor the driver’s face. It will record the movement of the eyelids and eyes in general for signs of fatigue. It will also monitor the driver’s face for signs of irritation and aggressive behavior. The special software will be able to decide whether the driver is focused on traffic or whether he is busy talking to passengers or using mobile phones or other activities in general.

In short, the special software that will be installed in all new cars in the US from 2027, if it decides that it does not like the driver’s behavior, will be able to turn off the engine and immobilize the vehicle.

The relevant law is in Congress and its special committees, for discussion and control. Everything indicates that it will pass by the end of 2026. There are very few Senators who resist. They can literally be counted on the fingers of one hand. And their justified questions to the “experts” remain unanswered.

For example, Senator Thomas Massie raised the issue that, when the software decides to stop the car, this is (at least) an administrative penalty for the driver and passengers.

So, to whom can the driver complain about the suspension or cancellation of the penalty?

Essentially, the right to appeal against a penalty is suspended. Who will decide such a thing?

Who will compensate for such a thing?

Who will take action to correct such a thing?

There is no answer, because there is no provision. The penalty that the AI software will impose on the driver and passengers will be final and immediately applicable.

And what is the fault of the passengers, for example, for missing their flight, if the driver is angry? Are any of us in a position to control someone else’s anger? Of course not. So we are moving into unprecedented spheres of influence in our lives, without any substantial gain since an irritated driver may cause an accident but may not!

We are now talking about preventive criminalization of human behavior and life. And if this door opens to something relatively painless, like driving, it will not close! Very soon we will see preventive arrests of people, because based on the analysis of the “special software” they are likely to commit an offense.

And yes. Such a society will eliminate crime. Along with freedom, justice, hope, humanity.

Orwell’s warnings in his important novels “1984” and “Animal Farm” have now been surpassed at the speed of light. The future is predicted so dark that it is ultimately unpredictable.

Reference has been made many times to the efforts of states today to control and regulate the lives of citizens through technology.
