Professional anti-Trump critics and Russophobes may see this as confirmation of the insidious US-Russian game, but the absence of strong statements from Russia only means that Putin already spoke three years ago and there is nothing to add to it (“The historical period of the West’s undivided dominance in world affairs is ending. The unipolar world is becoming a thing of the past,” Putin had emphasized…in 2022).

The perfect storm

Researchers of the “negotiations”, of course, will be upset, but Trump and Putin are not to blame for the current perfect storm: it turned out that the contradictions that had accumulated over many decades broke the previously functioning relief valves, and Trump only accelerated the processes.

In fact, he wanted to do almost the same thing in his first term, but he did not have time and was not given the opportunity. Anyone with a memory longer than a goldfish can easily see that in 2018, Trump said literally the same thing about tariffs in 2016-2017 and even managed to partially introduce them, while he had Iran and China in his sights.

Trump is doing… something triumphant – He wants to bring the EU and China to their knees

Now Trump, inspired by the green light of the voters and enraged by the opposition of real and imaginary enemies, wants to close all fronts at once (he really likes many steps, but short ones). Quite simply, tariffs, according to Trump, should, on the one hand, reduce the trade deficit and the US national debt, which reaches 36.2 trillion. dollars, on the other hand, to help in the historical industrialization of the country (that is, to return the production of everything to the USA).

Trump wants to turn the USA from a consumer economy into a production and industrial economy again. At the same time, Trump wants to bring to its knees both its willing allies (the EU) and its opponents, namely China….but Trump has a big problem…

But the problem is that Trump is clearly trying to hit everyone at once: almost all of his ideas have a drawback that nullifies or worsens the initial position. For example, it is absolutely impossible to substantially reduce the US national debt of 36.2 trillion dollars through import tariffs.

According to the most rough estimates, the new tariffs could not bring in more than 3.1 trillion dollars or 6.5 trillion dollars in the best-case scenario over the next ten years, which is less than 1% per year of the current US national debt.

To make the math add up, at least on paper, many tariffs would have to be increased to 100%, which would mean that no one in the country would be able to buy anything because prices would simply double.

In turn, “reindustrialization” would have to magically create a bunch of jobs and, consequently, a new tax base that enriches the state. But the new tariffs would automatically slow down trade, raise domestic prices (i.e., they are a tax on citizens), reduce profitability, slow down investment, etc.

Already in Europe, the head of the European Commission said to stand united, to resist Trump… so the economic war will have episodes.

The sacred American reindustrialization will require a lot of cheap energy

The sacred US reindustrialization will require a lot of cheap energy, but a hypothetical bombing of Iran or a radical increase in oil sanctions against Iran is guaranteed to immediately increase world energy prices.

High prices for natural gas and oil make it profitable to supply American energy to Europe, but it is also very profitable for Russia. In the case of China, everything is even more complicated, larger-scale and unpredictable.

China, in response to Trump’s tariffs, introduced its own 34% anti-dumping duties, blocked some agricultural imports from the United States and imposed restrictions on dozens of American companies. According to signals from the country, China is ready to hit hard.

The European Union is a sum of cowards

Considering the fact that the European Union as a sum of cowards, which has been beaten… may suddenly fall in love with the “tyrannical” China against the United States, and here if this happens… Donald will have to redesign….

Unlimited possibilities… have limitations

In general, it becomes clear that the unlimited possibilities of the “most powerful man” on Earth have serious limitations. However, Trump is adamant that he does not intend to stop: he has already promised to go all the way, and the United States is in for a “blow”! and, accordingly, a loud “boom!” the entire collective West is waiting for.

Putin…had predicted it all in 2022

All that is happening before our eyes was predicted by the Russian president in 2022 at the Valdai club and is now accelerating at the speed of light:
“The historical period of the West’s undivided dominance in world affairs is ending. The unipolar world is becoming a thing of the past,” Putin had emphasized… and he knew what he was saying….

Now this is already being recognized in the West:

“Trump’s protectionist policy could transform the nature of relations between the EU and the US and accelerate the trend towards multipolarity.”

“Trump’s new tariffs could weaken the dollar and signal the end of the American century.”

“Trump’s tariffs are the end of globalization.”

“Europe cannot fight a trade war”

Trump tariffs… favor Russia

Europe may lose more from Trump’s tariffs than the Europeans would have done to prepare for war with Russia and help Ukraine – and this benefits Russia.

The new tariffs will significantly slow down the economy and increase the cost of military production in Europe – and this benefits Russia. Breaking old trade and production chains gives new opportunities – and this is beneficial for Russia. At the same time, it is beneficial to trade and cooperate with the United States where national interests are respected.

Lao Tzu… spoke

“According to the immortal advice of the Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu (meaning Elder Teacher), we should sit on the shore and wait for the corpse of the enemy to pass by us.”

However, this great historical moment will be great and powerful and no country should sit idly by. For Russia, the mystical absence of Russia from Trump’s tariff blacklist… is not love but a trap and the Russians definitely know something. Trump is preparing them with 500% tariffs on energy, oil, natural gas.

The war of all against all has begun… it is global, universal, relentless and by Trump’s Americans it is with a pressure strategy so…

[836,825,3,826
161,164,25,2298,6771,58,46,215,70,184
post-23679","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-asia-geopolitical","category-europe-geopolitical","category-geopolitical","category-usa-geopolitical","tag-china","tag-economic-war","tag-eu","tag-globalization","tag-reindustrialization","tag-russia","tag-tariffs","tag-us","tag-usa","tag-west
["GET
