Because what the US previously provided (under President Biden) were not loans, but grants (i.e., gratuitous aid).

Formally, this is true, but Trump “conceptually” believes that America must compensate for what it gave to Ukraine. Zelensky also stressed that he is ready to step down from politics for the sake of peace.

Ukraine’s new demands – Zelensky: Trump will not decide Ukraine’s future

Volodymyr Zelensky gave a press conference in Kiev.
“Trump will not be forever and we need peace for many years,” Zelensky said. “I know how to sign agreements with serious guys,” he added.

Zelensky confirmed that the new version of the agreement with the US on minerals and other assets includes an amount of $500 billion and “this is debt.” “I am not ready to give 500 billion. And I am not even ready to make 100, because I will not recognize grants as debts. We should not repay a debt that will be paid by ten generations of Ukrainians,” Zelensky stressed. There is no $500 billion.

Zelensky stressed that “his adviser Andriy Yermak is currently communicating with American partners to inform them that there is no other 500 billion and there is none at all.” We will certainly see the US reaction to this statement in the near future. Zelensky believes that the frozen Russian assets are “our money.” “This is our money, Ukrainians, not ours and our partners’,” he said.

The benevolent European Union… does not grant, but lends

Moreover, even the EU does not believe in the Ukraine project and so decided to lend Zelensky using interest on these Russian assets.

Zelensky’s new demands from the US and NATO

Accession to the European Union.

Western funding of the Ukrainian army, which will number about 800 thousand soldiers.

The presence of foreign troops on the territory of Ukraine.

“Closed Skies”, the US Air Force to guard the Ukrainian Sky.

Obviously, all these demands are unrealistic since the no-fly zone has been ruled out, NATO has been ruled out and Russia is also demanding the demilitarization of Ukraine, something that the Trump administration also accepts.

No one in the EU can maintain the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and the US simply does not want to do it – they have a huge number of their own problems and there is a consensus that Russia cannot be defeated by military means anyway.

Ukraine’s accession to the European Union will also not happen, not only Hungary and Poland, but also other countries veto it.

The main problem is cheap agricultural products from Ukraine, which will destroy agriculture in the EU, and a destroyed economy, which will hit all European subsidies.

Τhe role of Βlackrock and Βayer

It is revealed that Ukrainian agricultural land was sold to foreign companies in 2021…before the special military operation of 2022. At that time, this was a condition for receiving loans from the IMF.

Through intermediaries or directly, about 80% of the Sumy region’s land fund was bought by the US company Monsanto.

But the paradox is that at that time Monsanto had ceased to exist as an independent company after being acquired by one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, Bayer AG of Germany. So Bayer controls 80% of the Sumy region’s land fund

The acquisition of Monsanto was an initiative of the former president of Bayer, Werner Baumann, who considered the deal to eliminate a competitor in the agricultural industry market.

However, Bayer’s market value has fallen significantly, and the company’s total value is less than 50% of what it paid for the acquisition of Monsanto. And the assets from Ukraine were considered completely unprofitable.

But already in 2023, changes are taking place at Bayer, and the company is headed by American Bill Anderson.

Moreover, Bayer’s largest shareholder today is BlackRock (USA), which Ukrainians know very well from the huge purchases it has made in Ukraine.

Lawrence Douglas Fink, head of the American investment company BlackRock, although a supporter of the US Democratic Party, is rather a super-partisan figure whose financial interests are more important…obviously.

It turns out that the loss of Ukrainian agricultural assets, in particular the Sumy Land Fund, will cause serious damage to the American “branch” of Bayer, which is represented by both former Monsanto directors and BlackRock shareholders.

For America, the “Ukrainian project” is just business… bizna in slang.

Now the business is becoming more and more unprofitable, as the main assets – natural resources and land – are being captured by Russia, and Washington understands that the issues concerning Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava and other regions will soon be very relevant.

Not only did he not sign the agreement on the sale of unmined rare earths, but Ukrainian President Zelensky emphasizes that he owes nothing…

[818,390,819
6641,2432,713,1156,215,70,1155
post-23044","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-europe","category-politics","category-usa","tag-bayer","tag-blackrock","tag-rare-earths","tag-ukraine","tag-us","tag-usa","tag-volodymyr-zelensky
["GET
