And in this strategy, the elected US president takes Russia into account.

Historically, the United States has followed three tactics in waging wars.

The first tactic concerns the model of behavior in world wars. The United States remained aloof from the war (as territorial integrity) and then shared the laurels of the winner, keeping in mind the economic benefit.

The second tactic is to wage a “small victorious war” in the period between world conflicts according to the principle of divide and conquer.

The third tactic, which unfolded after the collapse of the USSR, concerns an attempt to subjugate all dependent states and combat the “axis of evil” in a hybrid manner, establishing the order of globalization.

Trump’s model of “small victorious wars”

US President-elect Donald Trump is today moving away from the third model, returning to the second tactic, preparing the transition to the first.

According to his strategy, the EU or countries in the Asia-Pacific region, such as Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, should themselves confront their direct opponents. The US will stay away and then try to reap the benefits of restoring the damaged world with loans from American banks.

Trump has already outlined the “small victorious wars” by talking about the annexation of Canada, the Panama Canal and Greenland, part of Denmark. No ally is an ally anymore when it comes to the prosperity of the United States.

Trump’s statements should be taken seriously because they are backed up by actions. So his son went to Greenland to build bridges while behind-the-scenes negotiations are underway in other countries. They will soon be given an ultimatum. Either you will be tied to the US chariot, or you will be destroyed economically or militarily.

Territorial integrity of states is being overturned

Trump is overturning the liberal rules of the New World Order, with which Russian President Vladimir Putin is also unhappy.

The big overturn concerns the so-called territorial integrity of states. Trump supports the principle of self-determination for states and wants to export this model. The mere fact that the US president-elect discusses the annexation of Canada, Panama or Greenland cancels the sanctions imposed by the West on Russia for Crimea, Donbass and the “invasion” of Ukraine.

Trump recognizes and accepts the undeniable power of Russia. The Russian Federation is mentally becoming the Soviet Union, demonstrating military power. And what is happening within the framework of the former USSR for Trump is not a violation of international law.

This is an internal matter of the former USSR, according to the logic of the US president. Moreover, the Warsaw Pact countries, according to Trump, are also Russia’s business, as its former zone of influence and security. This explains the panic prevailing in the Baltic countries and Poland.

The China Factor

Trump has a completely different attitude towards China, which has already entered the US sphere of influence in Latin America, and the Panama Canal is a strategic military facility.

If Trump does not annex Greenland and Canada, then the Arctic with its strategic location and resources will be lost to the US. According to the logic of the US president-elect, China has entered a region that has no historical references for Beijing.

Trump believes the following: the outgoing US President Joe Biden is responsible for the Ukraine-NATO connection and for this reason Russia began the invasion of Ukraine, therefore the Americans will refuse to get involved in this war. It is not certain that the new US president will do something similar with Turkey and the Kurds. If Turkey emerges strengthened from the conflict and turns against Israel, the US will intervene.

Putin and Trump will divide their spheres of influence

The big question is whether this US position will change in 4 years. It seems that the trend of transition to “small victorious wars” will last for a long time, since the leaders of the countries are appointed by the elites and supported by the citizens.

Washington no longer has the luxury of financing the Pentagon with almost a trillion dollars a year. The US is facing an economic disaster, adding 2 trillion dollars a year to its national debt and paying 1 trillion a year in interest alone.

Recruitment remains weak, crime is increasing and Americans are killing each other in constantly recurring incidents of violence. The US military-industrial complex has weakened and lags behind the Russian Federation in advanced types of missiles and drones. Therefore, a conscious slide into a Third World War is now impossible.

After Putin and Trump reach a consensus on the division of spheres of influence, the conscious choice of a Third World War will disappear from the agenda. There is no such consensus between Trump and Xi Jinping, as China has not yet militarily matured to the standards of a major nuclear power. However, the US president-elect is not advocating another victorious “war” for Taiwan either.

The Summit

Besides, a decision should be considered to have been made to hold a Summit between Putin and Trump, which could lead to a Grand Agreement that would determine the future of the world.

The transition team of the re-elected President of the United States is considering the possibility of a Grand Security Agreement between Russia and the United States, but only after the official change of power in Washington.

As is known, Trump is not currently officially President of the United States. He will officially assume his duties in the White House only after his inauguration, that is, after January 20.

Then, reaching an agreement with Russia will be more than likely.

Specifically, the “red lines” of the US and Russia in the relevant conflict, the origins of which can be traced back to the previous decade, are expected to be determined.

Trump Bomb: Negotiations with Putin on Ukraine to begin in less than 6 months

It is noted that Trump’s earthquake-like statements from Mar-a-Lago, Florida on 7/1/2025 caused stormy developments on the diplomatic front as for the first time since the outbreak of the crisis, in February 2022, an American president comes so close to the established Russian position on the causes of the Ukrainian crisis.

The newly elected US president described the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war as a “fiasco” for the US and Biden personally. Subsequently, he stated that he wants to proceed with talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin and suggested that this could happen in the first six months after his official assumption of office.

“I hope we have negotiations well before the six months are up,” he clarified, when asked about the possibility of his talks with the Russian president within the first three to six months after assuming office as US president.

Liberal Globe confirms the Summit that will redivide the world

It is recalled that the Liberal Globe was the first media outlet to write about the upcoming summit between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, while describing it as “the most important geopolitical event of 2025” as it is estimated that in it the two leaders are expected not only to seek a solution to the Ukrainian crisis but also to reshape global balances, defining how far each side will go and where it will not.

It will undoubtedly be a new “division” of the world, a modern version of the Yalta agreement, since Trump and Putin are expected to define their spheres of influence and “red lines” during their negotiations.

However, the big question is when, where and under what conditions this top-level Summit will take place.

Donald Trump is returning the United States to the era of “small victorious wars,” overturning liberal norms in international relations.
