The probable victory of Trump in the US presidential elections will change the whole landscape, as his positions on the Ukrainian issue are known. Without the USA, the European Union can do little for Ukraine, much less if the Franco-German axis is brought to a standstill after the French parliamentary elections. In any case, the German government is weakened after the result of the European elections, while it is unknown – despite assurances to the contrary – what stance a French government under Marie Le Pen will take. The scene becomes even more worrying, as the new British government enters the equation, which according to all indications will be Labor. Until now Conservative governments have generously offered all forms of aid to the Ukrainian military since 2014. What will Labor do? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, the populist Nigel Farage, with his statements yesterday, echoed Putin’s positions on the invasion of Ukraine. He blamed NATO with his continued eastward expansion, while he did not fail to express his admiration for the Russian leader’s way of governing.
