In any case, its outer casing will resemble a rock, a seemingly harmless object that is common both on the seabed and on land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But this seemingly innocuous object will have the ability to gather intelligence, perform precision strikes, roam a certain area as a mine, or act as a decoy to confuse enemy defenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But what will set these platforms apart as an emerging threat will not only be their ability to blend into their environment, but also to employ a variable-velocity attack vehicle toward their targets, thereby avoiding detection and maximizing surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precisely the surprise or otherwise the maximization of the surprise is the definition of the concept of stealth.
