We have new developments in the Russian-Ukrainian war in the direction of Zaporizhia, where the Moscow army has scored some successes in recent days. The most important of these is the occupation of the settlement of Mirnoye in the area in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More specifically, in the last few days there has been an increase in the intensity of hostilities in the direction of southern Donetsk, where Russian troops managed to gain full control of the village of Mirnoye in the Zaporizhzhya region. Combat operations continue in the direction of Kherson, while they stand out for their high intensity and dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n

Heavy fighting is currently taking place in the Rabotino-Verbovo areas, near Uglendar, in three directions near Mariinka, in the area west of Avdiivka, and in the Chasov Yar area near Bakhmut. In these areas, Russian media reports that their troops are advancing but not conducting important strategic operations. These operations are expected to begin later in the spring, weather permitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the heaviest hostilities are said to be seen in the direction of Donetsk, where Russian forces are improving their positions in the areas of several populated areas. Specifically in the direction of Avdiivka, the Ukrainians are trying tooth and nail to delay the advance of the Russians, sending new reserves into the battle.<\/p>\n\n\n

Another major blow to the Ukrainian army was a mass attack launched by Russian forces against enemy positions in the area of the village of Velikaya Novoselka on the Vremevsky salient. As a result of the action of the Russian army, hangars with Ukrainian armored vehicles and a significant number of Ukrainian soldiers, including administrative personnel of the Ukrainian armed forces, were neutralized. So far, the detailed losses of Kiev have not been revealed, but the blow was particularly devastating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Russian operation is said to have taken place after a reconnaissance mission, during which Russian media located the control and communication center of the Ukrainian military. Russian bombers then used FAB-500 high-explosive aerial bombs with UMPC conversion kits to blow up the target.
