The 4th Political Theory, as well as Alain de Benoist’s New Right project for Europe, is based on the idea of honest and sincere dialogue between people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The concept of the people (le peuple, Volk) is according to Alain de Benoist the object of the 4th Political Theory. This does not deny Dasein as subject, for Heidegger said \u201cDasein existiert v\u00f6lkisch\u201d. Being t\/here exists as people, through people. To be is to be German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Serbian, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian and so on. We cannot exist without being someone \u2013 a person without content is a machine, not a person. The machine cannot exist (in the Heideggerian sense). It is simply available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So “to be”, “to exist” means to be ethnically, culturally, linguistically. V\u00f6lkisch. Thus, dialogue between different people (each of whom exists differently) is our main goal. This dialogue between Germans and French, Russians and Poles or Ukrainians, Hungarians and Romanians, Croats and Serbs is very very difficult and delicate. But we have to promote him and develop him. On a collective basis \u2013 not on an individual level, as liberals suggest. So it is not about peace, nor tolerance, nor friendship. It is the understanding of the other without necessarily identifying with him, preserving in this understanding our own identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We recently discovered the Polish identity. It is remarkable, tragic, full of sadness, the suffering Christ of Europe \u2013 Hoene Wronski or the tragic cries of Boleslav Lesmyan. Or the morbid visions of the great Wietkazsy\u2026 Excellent! We have many contradictions with the Poles in the field of geopolitics or history, but to understand the Poles is to discover the great imaginary world of the soul \u2013 deep Slavic soul completely different from our own soul but still very close\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So the idea is to lead this dialogue against all historical obstacles. It is hard and long work. But it is necessary. Because the masters of manipulation are ready to use our deepest essence in their dirty game of pitting us against each other, inciting hatred, murder, overpowering.
