The National Museum of Western Art, Tokyo-Japan<\/strong>,  presents in a    permanent exhibition  the unique  painting  of Claude Monet, with title Water Lilies: Reflection  of Willows which is part of the Matsu Kata Collection which has been donated to this museum and is exhibited along with other 160 works. This painting was purchased by the Japanese tycoon himself Kojiro Matsukata 1922 from Monet. It was returned to Japan in 1959. In addition, the museum presents the exhibition with works of Austrian Impressionism in the exhibition titled: 150 Years Friendship Austria-Japan, the Hapsburg Dynasty: 600 Years of Imperial collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fondation Beyeler\u2019s <\/strong>2020 exhibition will show works by Edward\nHopper (1882-1967) one of the most important American painters. This exhibition\nwill focus on Hopper\u2019s iconic representations of the infinite expense of\nAmerican landscapes and cityscapes. More than 60\npaintings and watercolor will be presented from various museums and\ncollections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the National Portrait Gallery<\/strong> in London, a photographic portrait\nof Florence Nightingale is presented to honour the 200 years since her birth\n(1820-1910) in Room 23. Additionally, Jerry’s Barrett painting (1856) is\npresented-Florence Nightingale nursing The Wounded at Scoutari.  Florence   \nNightingale   as a nurse was\nassociated with the war of Crimea and her personality sealed a season with\nchanges in the care and relief of soldiers from the battlefields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
