It is prohibited by intellectual property law or in any way illegal use of this article, with heavy civil and criminal penalties for the offender.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Essentially, the USSPACECOM will take over all the protection of satellites, the protection of any\nfuture space stations made by the United States and the future defence of US\nterritory on other planets, as a result of the conquest of space that will\ncreate human colonies on other planets in our solar system to extract and\nprocess rare earths and transport them initially to earth and until the first\ncolonies-cities build up around these factories in these planets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The announcement by President Donald Trump on 29 August 2019 on the mutation of the role of the USSPACECOM was about its new duties. Upgrading the role of USSPACECOM is achieved by\nrecognising its command and power as the 6th<\/sup>\nBranch-“weapon” of the American Armed Forces, after the Army, the\nNavy, the Air Force, the Marine Corps and the Coast Guard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n So, this new branch of the US armed forces will gradually begin to absorb\never larger chapters from both the federal budget and the budget of all the\narmed forces. This was immediately shown by the power game which was unfolded\nby the heads of the other branches -“arms” of the US Armed Forces for\nwho will be in control of the administration of this new \u201cweapon\u201d-branch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Certainly, the funding of this new sector should have the approval of\nCongress-something that will be done-and it is estimated that this funding will\nbe around $8 billion annually. But there are solutions that could be used as\nalternative sources of funding for the still largest budget of the USSPACECOM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n By September 2018, the USSPACECOM had a dual role. The commander-in-Chief of US Space Command (CNCUSSPACECOM) in addition to the role of the commander responsible for coordinating the outer space by the United States Armed Forces could also be the commander-in chief of the binational US-Canadian North American Aerospace Defense Command (CINCNORAD). <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the same way the specific commander of the USSPACECOM could also be the commander of NATO ‘s respective Aerospace Defense Command and the respective Aerospace Defense Command of countries such as Australia, UK, Canada and New Zealand. In Europe, for example, could be in charge the Commander of the corresponding military and space French Air Force branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In such a case of new tasks and the other NATO member countries and the respective countries concerned would be obliged to contribute to the annual budget of the USSPACECOM or drastically\nincrease their annual defence spending as NATO members and always at the limits\nset by the NATO statute saving more resources for the US budget to be they were\nheaded towards the annual budget of the USSPACECOM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The potential outer space that would correspond to NATO and these countries\nwould be much greater than that which would correspond to the US.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanos S.
